Site: Pierce Middle School, Merrillville IN and other nearby
locations
Divisions: Men's Singles and Doubles (Open), Men's 45 Singles, Women's Singles and Doubles (Open),
Mixed Doubles, Boys 18 Singles and Doubles, Boys 14 Singles and Doubles, Girls
14 Singles and Doubles.
Times: All singles check in at 12:00 noon, All doubles check in at 4:00 pm;
Mixed Doubles check in at 6:00 pm
Format: Two
out of three sets; USTA rules apply
Awards: Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for first, second and
third place in all divisions
Entry Fees: Singles: $8.00 Doubles: $12.00 per
team PLUS unopened container of USTA balls for each division entered

Singles entrants may register on Saturday, August 18 between 11:00 am and 12:00

Doubles entrants may register on Saturday, August 18 between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm
Mixed Doubles entrants may register on Saturday, August 18 between 5:00 pm and
6:00 pm
