one Junior Gold entry for male youth and one Junior Gold entry for female

Sanction: All entrants must hold a valid USBC membership card.
Non-USBC members may qualify for entry in the tournament by purchasing
an affilated membership for Men- $15.00, Women - $14.00, Youth - $11.50.
Format:

All athletes will bowl four games in single and doubles divisions

Lowest game is dropped, Doubles lowest same game series will be dropped

To break ties, an additional game will be bowled
Rules:

Participants may enter one single and one doubles event
-
Non-smoking facility - smoking permitted in smoker's room or outside

Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust, re-rate or refuse any
or all athletes.

Adjustments will be made before the entrant bowls.

The decisions of the tournament officials shall be final unless an appeal
is made in accordance with Rule 329 and Rule 705.

Tournament officials reserve the right to make rulings for situations not
covered by the rules or applicable USBC rules

Entrants must NOT be classified as a professional bowler

The tournament prize winnings provision (Rule 319d) applies to this tournament.

The "10 or more pin increase in average" for tournament competition provision
(Rule 319e) applies to this tournament.

The penalty for reporting incorrect averages (Rule 319a, item 3) applies
to this tournament.

Athletes will be asked to provide proof of age with either a driver's
license or birth certificate; please send with your paid entry. Average
verification must also be sent with paid entry.
Age Eligibility: Determined by age as of August 1, 2005.

HANDICAP INFORMATION:
Averages will be based on the highest verifiable league average
from the 2004-2005 season. All averages used must be sanctioned
league averages. All averages used shall be for a minimum of
21 games in one season. Those with no established average must bowl
scratch.
Average verification must be sent with paid entry.
Each division will use a handicap computed on 90% of the difference
between the bowler's average and 100 for Bantams, 130 for Preps, 160 for
Juniors, 180 for Majors, 210 for Adults and Seniors, and 420 for
Doubles.
